Returns & Eligibility
In accordance with UK consumer law, you are entitled to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. However, to be eligible for a return:
Items must be returned in the same condition they were in when packed and sent – that is, in saleable condition (undamaged).
Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, damaged after delivery, or not returned in the same condition they were sent in.
Condition Verification
To protect both you and us, all orders are photographed before and after packing. This ensures we have clear proof of the item’s condition when dispatched.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and item.
Our photographic records allow us to quickly prove damage caused during shipping and support a fast resolution and reimbursement from the courier.
We will assist you in pursuing a refund or replacement, depending on the situation and item availability.
How to Return an Item
